McGregor Memorial EMS, with support from the NH Asthma Control Program, is offering FREE self-management assistance and home visits for anyone with asthma in the Greater Seacoast area. The home visit covers:

• medication use

• help identifying and managing triggers

• review of treatments

• connections to community resources

 

No insurance is needed; anyone who needs support with managing asthma is eligible for this program.
